Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Computechnologies Corporation provides warranty services for its products.
Coverage
Computechnologies Corporation warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and proper use for the duration of the warranty period.
During the warranty period, Computechnologies will assist the customer in processing a claim with the sole distributor of the product, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective part or product with new or reconditioned parts or products of equal or better functionality.
Seven-day Outright Replacement
We allow merchandise in new condition, with original packaging and original receipt, to be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase. To return or exchange items, you must bring the item/s in their original packaging (No Packaging No Return) and Proof of Purchase. Exclusions and Limitations apply.
Conditions
This warranty applies only if:

The product was purchased as newly manufactured (not used, refurbished, or factory seconds).

The CTC Warranty Seal Sticker remains intact.

The customer provides valid proof of purchase (Sales Invoice or delivery receipt).
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, operation, cleaning, or maintenance.

Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Use of non-approved third-party parts or accessories.

Normal wear and tear.

Any event, act, or circumstance outside the control of Computechnologies.
Computechnologies’ liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products, as outlined in this policy.
