Return and Refund Policy

Returns

• Customers may request a sales return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, with complete accessories and packaging.
• Items that are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Approved returns will be issued a Credit Note as a form of refund.

The Credit Note:

• Must be consumed within 90 calendar days from the date of issuance.

• Can only be used in a single transaction; any remaining balance, if any, will not be carried over.
