1. How long does delivery take within Metro Manila?

Delivery within Metro Manila usually takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

2. Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

Yes! We deliver to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao through our trusted third-party courier partners such as LBC, JRS, and/or AirSpeed.

3. How long does delivery take outside Metro Manila?

For areas outside Metro Manila, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on the location and courier schedule.

4. What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees range from ₱500.00 to ₱3,000.00, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final cost will be confirmed during order processing.

5. When does the delivery timeline start?

The delivery timeline begins once payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Can I choose the courier for my order?

We will select the most suitable courier among LBC, JRS, and AirSpeed based on your location and the nature of the shipment. If you have a preference, feel free to let us know when placing your order.

7. Do you accommodate special delivery requests or bulk orders?

Yes! Please contact us directly so we can assist you with special arrangements or bulk shipments.

Payment Process

1. What are the available payment options?

We offer flexible payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for both personal and corporate clients.

  • 15-day and 30-day terms — available for corporate clients after the first COD transaction.

2. How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work for personal clients?

For personal clients, payment must be deposited first before we deliver your order. Once we confirm the deposit, the delivery will proceed.

3. Can corporate clients avail of COD?

Yes, corporate clients can also choose COD.
However, for the first transaction, payment must be deposited first before delivery.

4. When can corporate clients avail of the 15-day or 30-day terms?

Corporate clients can apply for 15-day or 30-day terms after successfully completing their first COD transaction.
These terms are subject to credit approval.

5. Do I always need to deposit first for COD?

Yes, for all COD transactions, payment should be deposited first before delivery — whether personal or corporate.

6. How do I make the payment deposit?

Payment details and instructions for deposit will be provided after you place your order. Kindly send us proof of deposit to confirm your payment.

Returns & Refunds

1. How long do I have to return an item?

You may return an item within 7 days from the date you received it, provided it is in its original condition with complete accessories and packaging.

2. What items are eligible for return?

Items that are unused, undamaged, and returned with all original accessories and packaging are eligible for return. Items that are incomplete, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

3. How do I request a return and refund?

To request a refund, please send an email to sales@computechnologies.com.ph with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Order number and date of purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (optional but helpful)

Our team will guide you through the return process once we receive your request.

4. What kind of refund will I receive?

Refunds are issued in the form of a Credit Note, which you can use for your next purchase.

5. How long is the Credit Note valid?

The Credit Note must be used within 90 calendar days from the date of issuance and is valid for one transaction only.

6. Where do I send the item for return?

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address via email.

Warranty

1. How long is the warranty period for my product?

The warranty period is specified either:

  • On the label sticker located at the back of the product, or

  • On the date indicated on your Sales Invoice.
    If no proof of purchase is available, the delivery date recorded by Computechnologies will serve as the start of the warranty period.

2. What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal and proper use during the warranty period. Computechnologies will assist in processing claims with the product’s distributor, which may result in repair or replacement of defective parts or the product itself.

3. What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation, use, cleaning, or maintenance.

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorised modifications.

  • Use of third-party parts or accessories.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Any other events beyond the control of Computechnologies.

4. What documents do I need to claim the warranty?

You will need:

  • The product with the CTC Warranty Seal Sticker intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., Sales Invoice or delivery receipt).
    If proof of purchase is unavailable, the delivery date on record will be used.

5. What should I do before contacting customer service?

  • Read the user manual and ensure you are using the product correctly.

  • Check the manual or support website for troubleshooting solutions.

  • Keep the original packaging in case the product needs to be returned for repair.

6. How do I file a warranty claim?

  • Notify Computechnologies about your claim.

  • The Technical Department will verify and schedule a pick-up on the next business day (for Metro Manila customers).

7. Do I need to keep the original packaging?

Yes, keeping the original packaging is recommended. It helps protect the product during transportation if it needs to be sent for repair.

8. Who will perform the repair or replacement?

Computechnologies will assist with the warranty claim process and coordinate with the sole distributor of the product to carry out the necessary repairs or replacements.
