Warranty Information

The Computechnologies Service Department will provide the services covered under this Warranty.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for the period specified:

  • On the label sticker located at the back of the Product, or

  • On the date indicated on the Sales Invoice.

If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the delivery date as recorded by Computechnologies will be deemed the start of the Warranty Period.

Proof of purchase

Please retain your original Sales Invoice or delivery receipt as proof of purchase. This document is required to validate your warranty.

General Terms

Computechnologies Corporation warrants that the Product is free from defects in workmanship and materials during the Warranty Period.

  • If the Product fails under normal and proper use within the Warranty Period, Computechnologies will assist in filing the warranty claim to the sole distributor of the product, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective parts or the entire Product.

  • Replacement may be with new or reconditioned parts/products that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied.

  • This warranty applies only to Products that were newly manufactured and purchased as new (not used, refurbished, or factory seconds).

IMPORTANT:

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper installation, use, cleaning, or maintenance.

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorised modifications.

  • Use of third-party parts or accessories.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Events, acts, defaults, or omissions beyond the control of Computechnologies.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure proper use and to maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

  • Read the user manual carefully and operate the Product only as instructed.

  • Retain the original packaging to protect the Product during transportation if it needs to be returned for service.

  • Check the user manual and support website for troubleshooting steps before contacting customer service.

Warranty claim process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Ensure the item has the CTC Warranty Seal Sticker intact.

  2. Prepare your proof of purchase.

  3. Notify Computechnologies of the claim.

  4. After notification, the Technical Department will schedule a pick-up on the next business day (within Metro Manila).
