Refund and Returns


For refunds, customers may send Computech a chat, or email Customer Service Associates are available from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM to assist.

Items purchased within the 7-day outright replacement warranty are subjected to Computech’s return policy with exclusions and limitations. Please refer to the warranty information. Replacements are being processed in 7-15 days.

After 7 days, there is a ONE (1) YEAR service warranty from the date of item purchase (depending on the purchased product). Exclusions and limitations apply. Please refer to the warranty information. Service warranty takes 30-45 days to process.


Refunds are subject to warranty information. Granted that the returned item is within the first 7 days of purchase with complete packaging. Computech has the FULL RIGHT TO DECLINE REFUND REQUESTS due to misuse, improper handling, incomplete accessories/packaging and incorrect orders.


  • Should be consumed within 90 calendar days
  • Should be used within 1 transaction

Successful refund requests will be processed using the method of how payment was made unless agreed otherwise. The full refund process takes 15-30 days to be completed.
