This document is required to validate your warranty.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #4b8fcc;\">General Terms<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"933\">Computechnologies Corporation warrants that the Product is free from defects in workmanship and materials during the Warranty Period.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1473\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1196\">\n<p data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1196\">If the Product fails under normal and proper use within the Warranty Period, Computechnologies will assist in filing the warranty claim to the sole distributor of the product, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective parts or the entire Product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1335\">\n<p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1335\">Replacement may be with new or reconditioned parts\/products that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1473\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1473\">This warranty applies only to Products that were newly manufactured and purchased as new (not used, refurbished, or factory seconds).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #4b8fcc;\">IMPORTANT:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1553\">This warranty does <strong data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1516\">not<\/strong> cover damage or failure caused by:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1823\">\n<li data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1611\">\n<p data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1611\">Improper installation, use, cleaning, or maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1672\">\n<p data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1672\">Accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorised modifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1717\">\n<p data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1717\">Use of third-party parts or accessories.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1743\">\n<p data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1743\">Normal wear and tear.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1823\">\n<p data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1823\">Events, acts, defaults, or omissions beyond the control of Computechnologies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #4b8fcc;\">Customer Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1934\">To ensure proper use and to maintain warranty coverage, customers must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"2238\">\n<li data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"2013\">\n<p data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"2013\">Read the user manual carefully and operate the Product only as instructed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2132\">\n<p data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2132\">Retain the original packaging to protect the Product during transportation if it needs to be returned for service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2238\">\n<p data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2238\">Check the user manual and support website for troubleshooting steps before contacting customer service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #4b8fcc;\">Warranty claim process<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2273\" data-end=\"2300\">To file a warranty claim:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2576\">\n<li data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2367\">\n<p data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2367\">Ensure the item has the <strong data-start=\"2328\" data-end=\"2357\">CTC Warranty Seal Sticker<\/strong> intact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2408\">\n<p data-start=\"2371\" data-end=\"2408\">Prepare your <strong data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2405\">proof of purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2409\" data-end=\"2452\">\n<p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2452\">Notify Computechnologies of the claim.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2576\">\n<p data-start=\"2456\" data-end=\"2576\">After notification, the Technical Department will schedule a <strong data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2576\">pick-up on the next business day (within Metro Manila).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221;
